Statistics for People, not Computers

Covariable Technologies makes intuitive data analysis tools designed to be easy for people to use. Statistics veterans know all too well that most popular statistics packages essentially require their users to become computer programmers. To analyze a dataset using typical available software, such as R, you have to learn complex sequences of commands to type into an unfriendly interface.

Not so with our software! Gone are all traces of command-line interfaces and arcane invocations. Instead, we present your data in an mouse-driven tabular format. Your statistics are always just a click away.

Meet the Covariable Executives
Woodley Packard holds bachelors and masters degrees in Mathematics from Stanford University. Woodley is also an extremely capable computer scientist and has produced a variety of games, windowing systems, optical character recognition systems and artificial intelligence tools. Outside of computing he likes to solve hard math problems, compose and play classical music, dance, and stare at and photograph astronomical objects.
Steven Stanek holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and a master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. Steven's CS interests include database management systems, computer security, microprocessor architecture and networking. His non-computer interests include researching aerospace, analysis of baseball, and staring at distant objects through a telescope.
Augustus thinks he is the CEO of our venture. He presides over daily meetings from the vantage point of a lap (or occasionally a keyboard).
